A plain-language commitment

We have written this document to be useful and readable. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to submit an enquiry or register for an event.

About the website

The website provides general information about Tamahwour LLC, Tamahwour Innovations LLC, our advisory, technology, feasibility, training, and related services, our team, content, projects, and events. References to ā€œTamahwourā€, ā€œweā€, or ā€œusā€ mean the relevant Tamahwour entity operating the website or delivering the described service.

Permitted use

You may browse the website, share links to public pages, print a reasonable number of copies for personal or internal business reference, and use our forms for genuine enquiries and registrations.

  • Use the website lawfully, accurately, and in good faith.
  • Keep confidential any private event access link or material that we identify as confidential.
  • Respect intellectual-property, privacy, security, and other rights.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or interfere with another person’s use.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract content or data at scale without written permission, except ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our published rules.
  • Submit false, misleading, abusive, infringing, unlawful, or confidential third-party information without authority.
  • Impersonate another person, register duplicate or speculative event places, send spam, or use our forms for solicitation.
  • Copy, frame, resell, reverse engineer, or create a confusingly similar service from protected parts of the website, except where law expressly permits it.

General information, not professional advice

Website content is provided for general information and may simplify complex subjects. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, engineering, safety, or other regulated professional advice. Decisions should be based on advice tailored to your circumstances and on a written engagement with the appropriate qualified provider.

We take reasonable care with published information but do not promise that every page is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Service descriptions and engagements

A service page, price indication, programme description, case study, response to an enquiry, or invitation to discuss work is not a binding offer. A commercial engagement begins only when the relevant parties sign or otherwise formally accept a proposal, statement of work, order, or agreement.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms in relation to paid work, the signed agreement controls for that work.

Forms and communications

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to provide it. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a response time, or formation of a contract.

You agree that we may send operational communications needed to acknowledge, assess, or administer your request. Marketing messages, if introduced, will be handled separately and with the choices required by law.

Event registration and attendance

Event places may be limited and are not transferable unless we agree. We may refuse duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or disruptive registrations. Event timing, speakers, format, or platform may change, and an event may be postponed or cancelled where reasonably necessary.

Unless an event page expressly states otherwise, registration is free and creates no entitlement to compensation if the event changes. You must not publish or share a private Microsoft Teams link. Your conduct during an event must remain respectful, lawful, and relevant.

Intellectual property

The website, Tamahwour name and logos, written material, page design, graphics, software, databases, photographs, videos, downloadable resources, and other original content are owned by Tamahwour or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right is transferred to you except the limited permission to use public website content under these terms. Written permission is required for republication, commercial use, translation, adaptation, training datasets, or removal of ownership notices.

Information and materials you submit

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, review, and share it internally or with relevant processors solely to respond, administer the request, protect the service, comply with law, or prepare and perform a potential engagement.

Do not send confidential third-party material, trade secrets, or content you are not authorized to disclose before suitable confidentiality arrangements are in place.

External websites and services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. External services have their own terms, availability, security, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or events outside systems we control.

Availability and security

We may maintain, change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the website will always be free from defects or harmful components. You are responsible for protecting your device, browser, network, and backups.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an ā€œas availableā€ basis and we exclude implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded. Tamahwour is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic loss arising only from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains storage on your device and your choices. Both form part of the framework governing your use of the website.

Suspension and enforcement

We may block or restrict access, remove a submission, cancel an abusive registration, preserve evidence, or contact relevant authorities where we reasonably believe these terms, security, rights, or law have been violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, services, or law. The revised terms apply from the effective date shown above. Your continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and general provisions

These website terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Subject to any mandatory rule, the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to these terms or the website.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms do not create an agency, partnership, employment, or third-party beneficiary relationship.

Contact

Questions about these website terms may be sent to [email protected]. Contractual or service-specific notices must be sent using the notice method stated in the relevant signed agreement.
