A plain-language commitment

We have written this document to be useful and readable. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

Your current choice is always yours to change

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text record a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and software development tools that remember settings or measure activity. Some are set by the website you visit (first party); others may be set by an external provider (third party).

Our approach to consent

Optional cookies are disabled by default. On your first visit, you can accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose categories. We store the choice in a strictly necessary first-party cookie so the banner does not reappear on every page.

Analytics or future marketing tools must check the saved choice before loading. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and attempts to remove first-party analytics cookies from this website. It does not invalidate processing carried out while consent was active.

Cookie categories

CategoryStatusPurpose
Strictly necessaryAlways activeStores consent choices and supports security and core website operation. These cannot be disabled through our panel.
AnalyticsOptional — off by defaultHelps us understand page use and successful form journeys. Google Analytics loads only after consent and only when configured.
MarketingOptional — not currently usedReserved for future advertising or campaign measurement tools. No marketing script is currently configured.

How analytics helps us

When enabled with your permission, analytics can show which public pages are useful, how visitors find the site, broad device and geographic patterns, and whether a contact, service request, or event registration was completed. This helps us improve navigation, content, accessibility, performance, and the effectiveness of our services.

Our implementation sends only the type of successful form and non-identifying context such as language, service name, or event identifier. It does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, or other form fields to Google Analytics.

Analytics reports are directional business insights, not a source for making decisions about an identifiable individual.

Marketing technologies

We do not currently configure advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, behavioural advertising, or remarketing cookies on this website. The preference centre includes a marketing category so a future tool cannot be activated without a recorded choice and a corresponding update to this policy.

Third-party content and links

A normal link to LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, or another external site does not itself set that provider’s cookies through our page. Once you follow a link, the external website may use its own cookies under its own policy. If we later embed third-party media or widgets, we will prevent optional embeds from loading until the relevant consent is available.

Manage or withdraw your choices

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button on this page at any time. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing, contacting us, requesting a service, or registering for an event.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Browser controls vary and may remove your saved preference, causing the banner to appear again. Blocking all cookies may affect functions that depend on necessary storage.

Browser privacy signals

Because there is no universally applied standard for every browser privacy signal, we rely on the clear choices in our preference centre. We treat missing consent as a rejection of optional cookies. We will review recognized technical signals as standards and applicable requirements evolve.

Changes and contact

We update this policy and the cookie table when a provider, purpose, category, or retention period changes. Questions about cookies or analytics may be sent to [email protected].
